The objectives of this research are: 1. To determine the description of organizational culture, work stress and teacher performance at Kantor Perwakilan Bursa Efek Indonesia Sumatera Utara. 2. To determine the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance at SMP Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar. 3. To determine the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance which is moderated by work stress at SMP Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar The results of this research can be concluded as follows: 1. The organizational culture is strong, work stress is low, and teacher performance is good. 2. There is a positive influence between organizational culture on teacher performance and There is a negative influence between organizational culture on teacher performance and work stress as a moderating variable.3 There is a strong and positive relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance at Sultan Agung SMP Pematangsiantar and There is a strong relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance and work stress as a moderating variable at Kantor Perwakilan Bursa Efek Indonesia Sumatera Utara. 4 The results of the hypothesis test state that H0 is rejected, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and work stress weakens the relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance
